Technical Specifications of G-WDZ121

The G-WDZ121 has the following specifications. Appearance is a light yellow transparent liquid. Viscosity at 25°C ranges from 2000 to 5000 mPa·s. The amine value is between 100 and 200 mgKOH/g, and the active hydrogen equivalent is 300.

Regarding operating performance at 25°C when mixed with E-51 epoxy resin, the recommended dosage is 150 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin. The pot life for a 120g mixed material is 50 to 70 minutes. The film becomes tack-free within 100 to 200 minutes at a thickness of 1mm, and full curing is achieved within 18 to 24 hours.
