This product offers excellent resistance to yellowing, superior crack resistance, and outstanding flowability. Compatibility with G-TX052 Curing Agent

When paired with our G-TX052 modified amine epoxy curing agent, this oil-based colored sand delivers exceptional results. G-TX052 is a modified amine-terminated polyether epoxy curing agent. It is produced through reduction, condensation, and hydroxyalkylation reactions, followed by physical modification. Consequently, it cures efficiently with various epoxy resins under both high and low temperature conditions. As a result, the final product achieves excellent overall performance.

Excellent Flowability — The mixture of epoxy resin, G-TX052 curing agent, and oil-based colored sand exhibits outstanding flowability. Therefore, application becomes easy, which helps reduce labor costs. Moreover, G-TX052 offers a pot life of 40-60 minutes (150g mixed material at 25°C), providing ample working time.

Good Scratch Resistance — The cured product demonstrates excellent scratch resistance. For this reason, it is ideal for high-traffic industrial flooring. With a curing time of 18-24 hours, the system develops full mechanical properties efficiently.

High Gloss Surface — The surface gloss of the cured product is remarkably high. As a result, it delivers a premium decorative finish that enhances any commercial or industrial space.
